i wasnt able to register it said forum locked so i thought oh well but that was some time ago 2-3 weeks only to find out that the teams havnt even been picked what im basicly asking is why is it to late? the team has not been chosen nor any matches played surely if its an english team then i have the right to try to represent my country.

is it fair to the others who registered on time to let u in? u should ask Team England.

As you all probably know i am slightly biast in this matter as Blobby is my 2v2 partner and together we are a very good 2v2 team.However not being able to be neutral i would like to point out that blobby has a point although the teams have now been picked when he posted this message it hadnt.I am not asking you guys to bend the rules but i am saying maybe a little leway could have been given.

I have tried not to get involved in this discussion but as it is still going on despite Admin having made a judgement I will. Blobby and Jackal are a very good 2v2 team, no-one will deny that, but registration was open between 16th June and 06th July, about 3 weeks by my reckoning. Jackal registered on 27th June, 2 weeks prior to the deadline. As they are a team and best of friends then I am sure that Jackal mentioned this fact so why did Blobby not register then? Then 18 days after the registration is closed and we are trying to sort out a complicated enough process for team selection, suddenly Blobby decides he want to join in. Furthermore I think it would have been better to not include the disparaging remarks in this thread making an attempt to devalue the tournament. Simply put, sorry Simon but there was plenty of opportunity to register before the closing date. If we continue to accept registrations then we will still be here next year.

Pierre makes very good points as to deadlines exist and also unfotunately why we cannot accept late registrations... Next year I will do a better job of promoting the tourney well in advance....Sorry Blobby RTKCharlemagne

Ok, I do understand both sides to this situation. I do know that the dexision has been made and final. So what ever I say will not overturn the decision. Of all people I should be the last to step in, (blobby is my ex), However, at the time of him trying to register, the forum had been locked, due to Nible having personal losses. (we all are extremely sorry for this). Because of this Simon was not able to register at this time. and in all honesty, it did slip his mind to try again until it was too late. All I will say is that Simon is a good player and would have been good for the team, (Even though it pains me to say this). If it wernt for the forum being locked at the time of him trying to register, he would have been in the team. Again I know decisions have been made, but I thought it only fair that someone should mention that he did try to register before the closing date, seeing as he forgot to mention this himself.

Sorry Blobby,but at some point there needs to be a deadline and that deadline has passed m8.... Unless we abide by that deadline, we face the possibility of a constant stream of registrants.... As I said next year we will do a much better job of promotion to the entire community for the World Cup... Nimble at the time did as much as he could with what resourses he had and for now we will move on with the event.... RTKCharlemagne

nimble didn;t do shit I used to tlak to him everyday and somhow i still didn;t know this tournement was going on WTF! Next time try to actually inform people about the tournement..

Relax Coldy... Nimble was the one who initially took the time to get the TWWC of the ground... His methods werent perfect but we owe him our thanks... I am administering the tournament now and we are now in thequalifying phase... Next year I will make sure that everything is done to promote this properly...
