i simply dont have time to practise for rome now that im BI. i preffer BI and wont be using rome if i can help it again.

In the spirit of the TWWC I will not allow one person to ruin it for a country. Edward I will allow you to replace Mob with another Celt if need be, and Cow I will allow England to replace Dinas (Dinas has a computer issue at University and cant play BI or Rome) with Blobby if necesary. Blobby had applied earlier but late, and would be proud to represent their country.
