Player Qualifying
Can you tell us more about the situation if there are more than 8 players per country? ie is it a knockout tournament, round robin, or league? also do the same rules apply for the knockout tournament that apply for the twwc. Also, I know there is no other way but 1v1 is not a -*test*-('") of team skill and Im sure no country wants to have a player that will not play for the team, finally how are you going to be sure people are from the country they say they are from? and what determines which country you're from? p.s can u possibly delete the underscore from my name, I accidently said i wasnt 13yrs old yet :shock:, so Ive had to re register.

then i am curious i am from australia but i am currently living in china and i do not want to play for china so what happens (PLZ SAY I CAN PLAY FOR AUSSIES it will hurt me to much to play agaist them)

If you were born in Australia you can play for them m8 cheers

Hey Nimble i have viewed the rules of the game and i have no problem understanding them, but will they apply for the 1v1 battles we are soon to face? I no plat has already asked this question but an answer doesnt seem to be anywhere on the site.

I am also concerned that there should be a different method of choosing a team for the twwc, 1v1 does not reflect team skill and also could mean by chance one of the less skilled players could end up playing. Also, how are the captains determined? P.S there has been an alternation to my online screen name, I am now RTK9Platavian instead of page_platavian, no change in my e-mail address though :D .

The rules apply to all matches in the TWWC Plat if you have a better less time consuming way of picking a 5-8 man team, I'm all ears.

Well as its a 3v3 tourney, then I dont think 1v1s should solely decide who makes the team and who does not, the last tournament seemed to work fine with a captain being selected(mutually) and then the team being chosen by the captain with guidance, as the best players are most obvious from playing in the lobby, a 1v1 tourney will be very time consuming especially if its not going to be knockout. In this situation if it were to be knockout say your best two players were to play each other first round? etc etc. This is more for guidance than an actual suggestion, perhaps others can build on these ideas and it will become obvious from players opinions what the best option should be.

Well I can tell you right now captain selection will not happen for one main and major reason: People could pick only their clan m8's and friends We will also not allow the staff to pick teams we feel a 1vs1 format is the only fair way to do it, but we are still all ears for a better system.
